Where Healing Meets Mastery

HELA Academy™ is the educational and training arm of the HELA Method™ — where the science, structure, and transmission of the work are taught, refined, and embodied.

Rooted in the proprietary nervous-system and reflex integration framework developed by Hela Kammoun, the Academy prepares practitioners, parents, and professionals to understand and apply the neurological foundations of regulation, connection, and development.

Through a developmentally sequenced curriculum, students learn how to:

  • Restore communication between the brain and body through reflex development and sensory coordination

  • Work with the nervous system through touch-first, regulation-based principles rather than force or inhibition

  • Recognize and support foundational patterns that influence behavior, learning, and emotional regulation

  • Apply the ERT Hierarchy of the HELA Method™ as a guiding framework for assessment, support, and integration

The HELA Academy™ is designed to train practitioners in how the nervous system organizes and heals, not simply what techniques to apply. Each level emphasizes clinical reasoning, relational attunement, and embodied understanding — ensuring the work is delivered with precision, integrity, and respect for developmental timing.
