The HELA Method™ Academy
🎓 HELA Academy™
Where Healing Meets Mastery
The HELA Method™ Academy exists to transmit a way of seeing — not just a set of techniques. It trains practitioners, therapists, coaches, and parents to understand the nervous system the way Hela understands it: through the body, through the relational field, through the intelligence of the child who is asking to be met.
The Academy is built on one foundational belief: that the people who work with children and families must first understand what is happening inside themselves. Co-regulation, attunement, presence — these are not techniques. They are states. And states must be taught through mentored, supervised, real-world practice.
Who Is the Academy For?
The HELA Method™ Academy welcomes:
-
Parents who want to understand their child at the level of the nervous system
-
Therapists, coaches, and practitioners who want to learn a different way of seeing
-
Educators and developmental specialists working with neurodivergent children
-
Professionals from any background who are called to this work
No clinical experience is required — just the willingness to look, learn, and show up.
The Full Program Structure
The Academy is organized as a progressive pathway. Each stage builds on the one before it. Students may enter at the Foundation level and decide how far they want to go — the certification track begins at Level 1.
Entry Point — Self-Paced
The Foundation Course
An introduction to the HELA Method™ philosophy — how the nervous system communicates, why behavior is never the problem, and how the family field shapes everything. Five modules, self-paced, audio + PDF. No prerequisites $411.
Level 1 — Certification Track
HELA Method™ Practitioner
Foundational training in nervous system theory, reflex development, and sensory regulation frameworks. Students work with one real family and submit video recordings of their sessions for direct feedback from Hela. ~20–30 contact hours.
Level 2 — Certification Track

Level 3 — Mastery Track
