Right‑Brain Overload
Right‑Brain Overload is a term I developed to describe a state where the right hemisphere and body‑based survival networks are carrying more sensory, emotional, and relational input than they can integrate. This category gathers articles, videos, and clinical reflections from the HELA Method™ that explore how Right‑Brain Overload shows up in the face, breath, fascia, behavior, and relationships—and how safety, co‑regulation, and body‑based work can gently restore balance.
